At L+O, our priority is ensuring the health and wellness of our residents. We have taken steps to provide our residents with an increased standard of cleanliness throughout our community.
- We sanitize our community with high quality bactericidal and fungicidal disinfectants.
- We’ve increased cleaning and sanitizing frequency of all high touch areas such as trash chutes, door handles, elevators, elevator fob readers, package lockers, and mailboxes.
- Enhanced disinfecting of hard surfaces such as countertops, tables, desktops, etc.
