I loved living here. The amenities are amazing, the staff (especially maintenance) is excellent. Always felt safe and taken care of. The view is outstanding. Laura is an A-plus manager. I'll miss living here.

Today my husband and I were out trying to tour places in the area even though our move isn’t until 2026. I didn’t make appointments totally my fault but we were just trying to feel out the neighborhood. Most places turned us away as soon as I mentioned our move-in timeline but not L and O Apartments. And that’s exactly why I’m taking the time to write this. They were the only building that welcomed me as a walk-in. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles. The lobby smelled amazing and the entire vibe felt warm and inviting. They offered me coffee and had apples and bananas out which my son absolutely loved. Chelsea is the one who toured me and she was so kind so sweet and absolutely amazing. After seeing the rooftop, the gym and everything else I’m seriously considering this place.
If there’s one thing I noticed it’s that they actually make you feel like a future resident not just a number based on when I needed to move in.

d at the L And O apartments for five years. I was there first resident when they opened and I just moved out last month and and I have to say the only reason why I moved out was just because of the area in general. I feel like North Hollywood has definitely taken a dive in the last few years, but I would like to comment on the staff. They were absolutely fantastic. The entire time I lived there. They always help me with everything I ever needed in every situation flawlessly. Laura was an absolutely fantastic manager of the building and I’m gonna miss her most of all and Jorge and marco one thing I would like to mention is how safe I felt while in the building, even though the area may not have been so safe specifically due to the security team in the building, always keep in a watchful eye out for everybody this is not something that comes standard in most buildings and it’s something I definitely miss having moved out. If you’re lucky enough to get an apartment at this building, you will not regret your decision.

I’ve been here for about 8 months now and I’ll for sure renew my lease when the time comes. The building is well kept and clean. It has all the amenities you’d need or want (except a hot tub..)
Regardless of all that, the team here is great. They are actively communicating what needs to be said to the community at large but not in an overwhelming way. They are responsive when you reach out. Very personable and easy to get along with. They take the time to get to know you which goes a long way when it comes to seeing a friendly face in passing.
The application process was a bit more challenging than some places but I actually appreciate the diligence to ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone. I’d definitely recommended this place!!

I truly can’t say enough great things about this building. The amenities are outstanding. From the stunning rooftop deck with a pool to the well equipped common areas and the gigantic gym.
The staff is incredible, always helpful and quick to respond. Maintenance requests are always handled by the next day and the 24-hour security guard/concierge in the lobby adds a strong sense of safety and convenience.
The entire property is spotless and very well maintained. One of my favorite features is the breathtaking views. Units facing north and east overlook east San Fernando Valley and the Angeles Forest mountains and those facing west or south have a gorgeous view of the Hollywood Hills. As an early bird I chose an east facing unit to enjoy the morning light.
Oh, did I mention there’s a grocery store conveniently located downstairs.

I recently toured L + O and had such a great experience! The property is absolutely stunning—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. But what really made the tour special was Chelsea. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and super knowledgeable. She took her time showing me around, answered all my questions, and really made me feel like she cared about helping me find the right fit.
I could tell she knows the community well and genuinely loves what she does. The energy at L + O feels elevated but still homey, and Chelsea made it really easy to picture myself living there. If you’re thinking about checking this place out, definitely ask for Chelsea, you’ll be in great hands! Definitely ask for her!
