Sunny’s Sushi Hut
First up, we have Sunny’s Sushi Hut. It is both delicious and affordable. The must-try on their menu is their dynamite roll. We’d even go so far as to say that it is one of the best dynamite rolls we’ve ever had. Additional popular dishes include the Dodger Roll topped with a spicy tuna ball and the Chirashi Roll with salmon, tuna, and scallops.
Kahuna Tiki
Along Magnolia is our next sushi bar, Kahuna Tiki. Unlike all the spots on this list, Kahuna Tiki is the most eclectic. In fact, there is nothing traditional about it. Take, for instance, their most popular dishes. There is the spicy tuna burger as well as a shrimp Po Boy sandwich with fries. In short, they are a cross between a sushi bar and a sandwich shop.

Chiba Restaurant
Not everyone is a fan of hand rolls. That is, of course, until you’ve had sushi at Chiba. Our go-to items on their menu are the Rufus Roll with shrimp and spicy tuna, and the crunchy shrimp roll.
Miya Sushi
Last but certainly not least, we have Miya Sushi. Miya is more towards Valley Village but still a short drive away from your L and O apartments for rent in North Hollywood. We say this with confidence that Miya has some of the freshest tuna. The spicy tuna roll is our favorite followed by the tuna roll. For those of you who are fans of teriyaki, you have to try out either their beef or chicken teriyaki.
